Medium Mens Hairstyles
The
medium length hair style is a very popular.
Check out all the styles below for examples of
different ways that the hair can be worn.
In the first example, the sides are
slightly longer than the top, and there are very
long layers throughout the hair. This type of
hair style will require frequent trims to keep the
style looking nice.
In the second example, the sides and
back of the hair are much shorter than the hair in
the crown area. To create this type of style,
you will need a good hair styling products such as
gel or even mousse.
This
style will also need frequent trims to keep the
layers in place.

The third example is a mixture of
the first and second men's hair style above.
The sides and back are just slightly shorter than
the hair length in the crown area. There is a
little bit of layering to help the hair lay
straight.
In the fourth example, the hair is a
medium length all over, including the sides and
back. This style has a lot of layering in it.
If you have thick hair, you may even need to get
your hair thinned out a bit for it to lay smooth.
This men's hair style features
medium length layers over a major part of the crown
area and running into the sides. By the ears
and neck, the hair is kept shorter.
This style will require a little bit
of styling time, especially with all the layering.
Sometimes layers don't go where you want them to and
they need a little bit of help.
Finally, this medium length hair
style is very similar to the second example above,
except the crown are hair is a little bit longer.
Again, if you like this style, you may need some
good hair styling products to keep it in place.
This was a simple style for Charlie which suited him perfectly at the CBS Summer Press Tour. His sides and back were taper cut short to create a neat look around his ears and neck. His top was also left long and jagged cut to add height, and his loose bangs were added to create a softer look around his face. This style will be easy to maintain with regular trims.
How to Style:
Apply wax to damp hair, then blow-dry using a flat brush and push the hair to one side. Comb the sides back, then once dry, place a little more wax in the hair to define the style. |
